As an editor, I focus on helping writers communicate their ideas clearly and succinctly. However, I am also careful to maintain an author’s unique voice. I edit for word choice, grammar, punctuation, and formatting, but also for clarity, flow, and well-designed sentences.

I am a skilled formatter and very familiar with APA, MLA, and Chicago styles.

I accept documents in Microsoft Word or Google Docs and always use “Track Changes” so that the author can choose whether or not to accept my suggestions. I am flexible about turnaround times and will work with a client’s schedule.

I offer online research services in government databases, library databases, or web-based searches. In my online research projects, I gather information and interpret it into an accessible document tailored to my client's needs.

I am open to all topics. I have experience researching in history, environmental studies, law, real estate, oil and gas industry, and psychology.
